Inspira Renewable Energy SEZ has been notified
by the Central Government on 5th August 2008. Entire 25-acres in the
Renewable Energy SEZ is designated as Processing Zone, which means that
there will be only manufacturing, R&D or CRO activities in this
area. The zone will be setup in accordance to the norms specified by
the Government of India SEZ Act 2005 for Renewable Energy sector-specific SEZ.
The Processing Area (PA) of the Inspira Renewable Energy SEZ proposes to
provide:
Developed Plot of Land
The ground of the entire plot is
cleared and leveled. It is provided access from the main entrance of
SEZ after studying the requirements provided by the client. All the
utility connections will be provided upto the plot as per approved
plans of SEZ.
Road
The approach road to SEZ is
between 20-30m wide. The roads within will be between 15-20m wide
with street lights, green corridors and footpaths. Total road length
to be implemented is 0.6Km.
Water
MIDC has a 72 Million Litres per
Day (MLD) treatment facility near Aurangabad. For supplying to
Shendre Area, MIDC also has 5 MLD water reservoir next to the SEZ
for continuous treated water supply. Additional space has been
reserved for augmenting this supply in future, if required. Our
Pharma SEZ (1 km away) has two large percolation tanks of 12 acres
and 5 acres for continuous recharging of ground water in the area by
rains.
Power
Power is provided by Maharashtra
State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (MSEDCL). MIDC Area is
known to receive reliable power. Continuous supply is ensured by
opting for separate 24x7 power connection for Biotech units under
the State Biotech policy. Diesel Generator backup will be provided
to multi tenant complex and common areas. Large units will have
their own DG backup.
Telecom & Infocomm
High bandwidth Voice and Data
connectivity will be provided for smooth flow of information and
data for easy integration with the outside world.

Multi Tenanted Complex
Built-up area will be provided on
sub lease for 3 years renewal basis to clients willing to
temporarily utilize the various ready infrastructure for starting up
operations without having to wait for construction of premises.

Outdoor Sitting Area
An outdoor sitting area cum Cafeteria will be provided for
employees to take a break from continuous work. This will include a
recreation area for enjoying games, other multimedia and a common
meeting room for decision making on common events and conferences.
Shared Analytical & Testing Laboratory
A common Laboratory that will provide its services for testing
and analyzing samples for desired application in Biotechnology to
make the operations accessible and affordable.

Drainage & Sewerage Lines
Collection of waste water, storm water and sewer collection
system will be provided up to plot level.
Effluent Treatment
Common Effluent treatment plant (CETP) will be provided to
receive effluents from SEZ units at preset input norms. This
effluent will be treated to comply with the Pollution Control Board
guidelines. The treated water will be used for gardening purpose.
Solid Waste Collection & Management System
There will be a Solid waste collection and management system in
place and the waste will be collected and disposed off in compliance
with the Pollution Board and local guidelines. A Government approved
& registered agency will take care of hazardous waste. Other
non-hazardous solid waste will be also collected by an agency
approved by the government body.

Security & Safety Services
CCTV based security system and guards for common areas will be
provided to prevent unauthorized access to processing area. Fire
prevention and safety equipment will be installed to provide safety
against fire in common areas. Ambulatory services will be available
for SEZ users in case of any emergencies.

Development Commissioner Office & Customs House
Development commissioner and Customs official of the SEZ will be
provided office inside the Administrative building block. This will
help in easy access and smooth operations of the SEZ and facilitate
the operations of SEZ units.
Developer’s Site Office
Inspira’s site office and administrative office will be located
in the administrative block. There will be continuous site support
available to the tenants in case of any problem.

Neighbours
The area is flanked by hills on the North and the West side.
These are under the forest department and fall under No-Development
Zone. To the East is proposed MIDC Green Zone. To the south is
access road beyond which is Inspira Pharma SEZ. We are inviting only
formulation and R&D companies to the Pharma SEZ. Hence, the entire
zone will be free from any pollution through units nearby.
