Trailer trucks make an overnight journey (9-12 hours) from Aurangabad to JNPT port.

SEZ Infrastructure includes: 30m wide main road, 20m wide internal roads, water (from 72MLD treatment plant through MIDC), Power (from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd, MSEDCL through grid), Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) and well maintained greens.

The SEZ has two percolation tanks (5Ha & 2Ha) which are helpful in maintaining natural underground water table. Existing MIDC water reservoir & upcoming clean technology power plant will ensure future redundancy of these services for the MIDC Shendre inhabitants.
